They Asked About You

I was catching up with an old friend recently when they asked about you. I wasn’t sure what to say. We hadn’t talked in a while and I didn’t know how much they knew, so I just said that you were doing well.

They nodded and smiled, but I could tell they wanted to know more.

. . We all have that one person who we think about constantly. The one who seems to be on our mind no matter what we are doing.

For some of us, this person is someone we are in a relationship with. For others, this person may be a close friend or family member. And for some of us, this person may be someone we have never even met!

Whoever this person is for you, it’s clear that they have a special place in your heart. Interestingly, the people who mean the most to us are often the ones who we don’t talk about very often. In fact, you may find yourself wondering if they ever think about you at all!

Well, wonder no more! Here are three signs that they asked about you… 1. They remember the little things.

One surefire sign that someone has been thinking about you is if they remember the little things that you told them. It could be something as small as your favorite color or the name of your childhood pet. Whatever it is, it’s clear that they were paying attention and that your conversation made an impact on them.

2. They bring up inside jokes between the two of you . . . without prompt! Jokes are only funny when both parties understand them – which is why it’s such a dead giveaway when someone brings up an inside joke between the two of you unprompted. This shows that not only have they been thinking about you, but also that they were hoping to make you laugh (which means they care about your happiness).

They Asked About You Meaning

If you’ve ever been in a situation where someone asks about you, but you’re not quite sure what they mean, then this post is for you! We’ll explore the different possible meanings of this phrase and how to respond in each case. When someone asks about you, they could be simply making conversation and wanting to know how you are doing.

In this case, a brief update on your life should suffice. For example, you might say something like “I’m doing well, thanks for asking!” or “I’ve been busy with work/school/family lately.” However, sometimes people ask about you because they want to know if there is anything going on in your life that they should be aware of.

This could be good news or bad news – either way, it’s important to be honest with the person who is asking. If there’s nothing specific that you want to share, simply say so – there’s no need to make up a story just to avoid awkwardness. On the other hand, if there is something going on in your life that you would like to talk about, this can be a great opportunity to do so.

The key is to gauge the level of interest from the person who asked – if they seem genuinely interested and concerned, feel free to open up; but if they seem disinterested or dismissive, it might be best to keep things private. In any case, it’s always flattering when someone takes an interest in our lives – so even if we’re not sure what they’re really asking for, it’s nice to know that we’re on somebody’s mind!
